Braised Beef & Vegetables with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Preparation Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into large cubes. Place cubes in a pot with water and garlic cloves.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Mash the potatoes and garlic into a puree while gradually adding the butter.
  4. Wash and chop parsley, then add to puree (optional).
  5. Reheat contents of the St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce pack for 2–3 minutes in the microwave.
  6. Serve braised beef & vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes on each plate.
