Ingredients List
One pack (480 g) of
fully cooked St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce
2 lbs yellow potatoes
4 cloves garlic
¼ lb salted butter, cold
Parsley, to taste
Preparation Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut into large cubes. Place cubes in a pot with water and garlic cloves.
Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and garlic into a puree while gradually adding the butter.
Wash and chop parsley, then add to puree (optional).
Reheat contents of the St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce pack for 2–3 minutes in the microwave.
Serve braised beef & vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes on each plate.
