Mini Zoo Burgers

Ingredients List

  • ½ box (600 g) St-Hubert Chicken Breast Nuggets
  • 1/3 c (80 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 6 slices of mozzarella or cheddar
  • Baby spinach leaves, if desired

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
  2. Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the croquettes over and bake for another 7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise with honey and season.
  5. Cut the buns in half and cover the bottoms with cheese.
  6. Add the buns to the baking sheet and continue baking for about 3 minutes to warm the buns and melt the cheese.
  7. Add croquettes to melted cheese and top with spinach.
  8. Spread honey mayo on top of buns and top with remaining buns.
  9. Enjoy with raw veggies.

Note:

  • Chicken nuggets can be cooked in the deep fryer or in the air fryer.
