Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  2. Cover the bottom of a lasagna pan with a layer of potatoes. 
  3. Add 1/3 of the soup, 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers twice. 
  4. Finish with remaining cheese. Season with salt and pepper again.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove cover and put under the broiler until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
