Ingredients List
2 tsp (10 ml)
St-Hubert Piri Piri Seasoning
1/2 lb (225 g) cooked shrimp, chopped small
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
1 avocado, small dice
Salsa :
2 tsp (2 ml)
St-Hubert Piri Piri Seasoning
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1/4 c (60 ml) freshly chopped cilantro
Preparation Instructions
In a bowl, combine shrimp, St-Hubert piri piri seasoning, zest, lemon juice and diced avocado.
In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
In verrines or small glasses, divide the shrimp mixture.
Garnish with salsa and serve with corn chips.
