Tourtières with Cranberry Sauce

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare sauce according to package directions, replacing half the water with cranberry juice.
  2. Add dried cranberries and rosemary.
  3. Enlarge the hole in the dough on top of the tourtières and pour sauce into it before baking.
  4. Cook according to instructions.
  5. Serve with vegetables and remaining sauce.

Note :

  • Depending on the cranberry juice, you might have to add a little maple syrup or honey to the sauce to cut the bitterness.
