BBQ Pork Back Ribs




In a hurry? Choose St-Hubert’s tender and juicy BBQ ribs. These frozen ribs have been adapted so you can prepare a restaurant-quality meal right at home. The meat is slow-cooked and comes with a rich, slightly smoky tomato-based sauce.

For best results, thaw ribs before cooking. Do not refreeze.

TO THAW: Submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or refrigerate for about 8 hours without removing from the bag.


  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, if thawed, or for 14 to 16 minutes, if frozen, turning at mid-cooking.


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Remove ribs from the bag.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with an aluminum foil sheet or parchment paper. Place ribs on top.
  4. Bake for 17 to 23 minutes, if thawed, or for 25 to 30 minutes, if frozen. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired.
