Chicken Breast Strips




The chicken breast strips are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A simple and delicious option for any quick meal or gathering with friends. Everyone will be delighted !

  1. Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Place strips on a foil or parchment paper-covered baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time
  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.


  1. Cook from frozen. Preheat vegetable oil at 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place frozen strips in the metal basket.
  3. Cook strips for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.

Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another. 
Do not cook in microwave.
