Pork Gravy Mix



Our St-Hubert pork gravy is exquisite on grilled chops, oven-baked tenderloin, ham and sausage. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.




  1. Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.

  2. Whisk in 250 mL (1 cups) of cold water.

  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  1. Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Whisk in 250 mL (1 cup) of cold water. Do not cover

  3. Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.

  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.

Corn starch, modified corn starch, yeast extract, hydrolyzed plant proteins (corn, soy, wheat), salt, dehydrated soy sauce (wheat, soy), wheat flour, mustard powder, onion powder, monosodium glutamate, natural flavours, canola oil, sugar, garlic powder, caramel powder, xanthan gum, spices, disodium inosinate and guanylate.
